About Beg Me Like You Mean It, Captain
What happens when an Omega disguised as a Beta is exposed to the one person who can’t stand his guts? Kain Evans is the Captain of the Seattle Serpents, a ‘Beta’ known for leading with empathy and understanding. But his kindness is a shield for a career-ending secret. Reid McCoy is a 21-year-old Alpha prodigy who thinks the Captain is too soft for the ice. He’s snobbish, brilliantly talented, and treats Kain’s leadership like a joke. A mandatory bonding trip to Lake Placid turns into a nightmare when Kain’s suppressants fall and shatter. The ‘flower’ blooms in the ‘Forest,’ and the arrogant rookie who hates his guts just found the ultimate leverage. The secret is out. And Reid McCoy is done playing games.
