In the 88th year of Aegon Targaryen's Conquest of Westeros, 16-year-old Eivor Frey suddenly ascends to lordship. Turning his back on archaic feudal traditions, he strives to aggressively organize and reform his fiefdom, determined to transform it into a modern-era state driven by a highly developed bureaucracy and a reliable, unshakeable legal system.
